What systems do you integrate with? +
Excel, Google Sheets, CSV exports, REST APIs, SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL), and most BI / CRM platforms via export — Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Power BI, Looker. If your data lives somewhere with an export or an API, we can pull from it.
What if our data isn't clean? +
Most of our work involves messy data. We profile your source files during the build, flag anomalies up front, and add validation rules to the pipeline so bad data doesn't make it into the deck silently. If the data needs ongoing cleanup, we'll quote that as a separate scope.
Who owns the pipeline and the output? +
You do. On full payment of the invoice, all final deliverables — pipeline code, template, generated decks — transfer to you with full IP ownership. We retain a non-exclusive right to reference the engagement anonymously in case studies unless you opt out in writing.
What about NDA and data confidentiality? +
We sign a mutual NDA on request before any data is exchanged. Source data is held in confidence and used solely to perform the engagement. Files live in private storage and are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to retain them longer.
What if we want to change the deck mid-engagement? +
For Build & hand off, scope is fixed at kickoff; major changes are quoted as a change order. For Build & run, change requests are included in the retainer — small tweaks (wording, chart type, slide order) ship the next week, larger restructures get scoped within a sprint.
Can we use our existing PowerPoint template? +
Yes — we build against your existing PowerPoint or Google Slides template. If you don't have one or it needs polish, we can refine or rebuild it as part of the engagement.
