FOR MULTI-LOCATION PRACTICES
Your staff hand-count their own day. The hub counts it for them.
Multi-location practices run their operations through group chat and hand-tallied spreadsheets because the EHR doesn't do workflow. We build the layer on top: order tracking with clean handoffs, and leadership rollups that count the day automatically.
SIGNED BAAs · DOMAIN-RESTRICTED · NO NEW PLATFORM
ON THE BOARD RIGHT NOW
We're currently building an order-lifecycle hub and KPI rollup for a multi-state, 12-location specialty medical group: roughly 40 staff and 50 to 100 orders a day, moving off chat-thread handoffs and hand-tallied production logs. Under a signed BAA.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
The chart nobody is charting.
- // Orders (labs, imaging, DME, prior auths, referrals) are handed off through chat messages and memory.
- // Some of them stall or fall through, and you find out weeks later.
- // Your production and KPI numbers are hand-tallied by the same staff doing the work.
- // The EHR holds the data, but nobody can see today until somebody counts it.
WHAT WE BUILD
An order hub with clean handoffs
Every order gets a lane: who has it, how long it has waited, and a flag the moment it stalls. Handoffs become one click instead of a chat message someone has to notice.
KPI rollups that count the day automatically
Production, throughput, and per-location performance, computed from the work itself. Your staff stop counting their own day, and leadership sees this week instead of last month.
Inside the Google Workspace you already run
No new platform, no new logins, no data leaving your organization. Built on BAA-covered services, restricted to your practice accounts.
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE
PRODUCT DESIGN PREVIEW · SYNTHETIC DATA · FICTIONAL PRACTICE SHOWN
HOW PATIENT DATA IS HANDLED
Architecture that supports your HIPAA obligations.
- A signed Business Associate Agreement before any live data access. We bring a standard one, or sign yours.
- Built on BAA-covered Google Workspace services. Patient information stays on your covered infrastructure.
- Domain-restricted deployment: sign-in requires a practice account, and nothing is reachable from outside.
- Design and demos run on synthetic data until agreements are executed.
- Minimum necessary everywhere: workflows carry only the fields the job requires.
One honest note: HIPAA has no official vendor certification, and anyone selling you one is selling you something else. What good vendors offer is architecture and agreements that make your compliance posture stronger. That's what we build.
WHERE TO START
The Practice Workflow Audit
$750 flat
One 60-minute screen-share session. We trace one real order type end to end, inventory every number your staff count by hand, and deliver a findings memo, a one-page architecture of the fix, and a fixed build quote within a week. Screen-share only: nothing is handed over, and no patient data leaves your practice.
The audit is run by me, Tyler Beauregard, founder. Nothing is delegated.
